- All food & beverage must be purchased through the T & P Tavern. Absolutely, no alcohol can be brought in or leave the premises.
- You are welcome to bring in desserts but you must bring your own table with cloth, napkins, plates, forks and cake cutting utensil.
- If you plan to charge admission to attend your event, no drinks can be included in ticket price. All attendees must be on their own beverage tabs (including non-alcoholic drinks).
- You will be responsible for planning, managing, collecting, advertising and communicating the ticket purchasing process via whichever ticket buying platform you choose
- You will be responsible for planning, orchestrating and attending your reunion including manning any registration/sign-in tables.
- Photographers and photo booths are welcome at your expense. We reserve the right to position the set-up of any photo booths and the catering tables.
- You are welcome to use our giant Jenga and cornhole boards.
- You are welcome to bring in any decor except confetti. However, you must take-down/remove dispose of all decor/personal belongings at the end of your event. We will NOT store any items left on your behalf.
- Final headcount is required 1 week prior to your event. This figure is what you will be charged per person for the catering.
- A non-refundable 30% catering cost "save the date" deposit is required.
- T & P Tavern will be open to the general public, i.e., our venue will not be reserved "privately" for your group.
- We will reserve you enough space for your headcount but not necessarily a chair for every person as most attendees will be mingling.
- Groups must understand that there may be other groups present at the same time.
- If multiple groups are present, T & P Tavern reserves the right to place/re-position groups to better accommodate their requests.
- We will not extend our Drink Specials/Happy Hour Pricing so plan your event around our advertised discounted times!!
- Live acoustic music is allowed at your expense but we reserve the right to approve the talent AND control the volume. DJ's are NOT allowed per the HOA for the condos. All live music must end at 11:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
- The TV above the outside bar is available for use for a slideshow/presentation. A test run using YOUR media is mandatory well BEFORE your event. T & P Tavern will NOT be responsible for technical difficulties associated with NOT performing a test run on the TV.
- For groups of 100 or more, client will be responsible for compensating one security guard at a rate of $20 per hour to be paid cash the night of the event* *(Security monitors the perimeter of the patio to ensure that no alcohol leaves the premises or is brought in. He/she also will serve as a "peace keeper."
- T & P Tavern Reserves the right to refuse service to anyone without explanation.
